With over a decade of expertise in redevelopment and economic development, I lead strategic initiatives to transform communities and enhance urban landscapes. My role involves spearheading major redevelopment projects across Daytona Beach’s CRA areas, including Downtown, Ballough Road, Main Street, Midtown, and South Atlantic.

•Community Beautification: Overseeing landscaping, road enhancements, and aesthetic improvements to uplift neighborhoods.
•Strategic Planning: Crafting plans that balance community needs with economic viability, while collaborating with developers, city officials, and community stakeholders.
•Grant and Fund Management: Ensuring effective use of resources to maximize impact and secure funding for sustainable growth.
