Phebe D. Fuqua resides in Daytona Beach, Florida, with her three beautiful children, who drive her personal and professional excellence. As a breast cancer survivor and multiple sclerosis warrior, she lives by her favorite quote:
“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.”
Phebe uses her 90% to inspire change and make a significant impact. She is the President and CEO of Elite Eagle Developments Inc. (EED), a firm offering consulting services throughout the USA and internationally, specializing in Business Development Consulting, Commercial and Residential Development Consulting, Emergency Management Consulting, Healthcare Management, and EX/CX Workforce Management Consulting. An entrepreneur at heart, she owns and co-owns multiple businesses across the USA and abroad.
Over the past decade, Phebe has been deeply involved in redevelopment and economic development, leading projects in affordable housing, road and technology infrastructure, and enhancing educational and aviation resources internationally. She has administered budgets and funding up to $200 million, developing programs that align and enhance organizational objectives. She has successfully scaled businesses with strategic and innovative solutions, increasing revenue by 15-40% quarterly. Under her guidance, businesses have rapidly expanded, growing their vision, teams, and overall impact.
Beyond business, Phebe D. Fuqua is a transformational speaker, published author, and dynamic emcee. She has spoken on national and international platforms, facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs at various conferences as both a keynote speaker and session presenter. She is also a sought-after church and conference speaker, inspiring individuals to embrace their faith, overcome adversity, and walk in their purpose.
In addition to her professional and speaking endeavors, Phebe is an ordained minister and serves as the Minister of Worship and Music Director at Word and Praise Family Church in the Volusia County area of Florida. She happily functions in various areas of ministry, leading worship and fostering an atmosphere of faith and transformation.
She is also a proud member of the Civic League of the Halifax Area, the Florida Redevelopment Association, the American Planning Association, and the Robert B. Griffin Chapter of Black Pilots of America, among many other professional and civic organizations.
With extensive experience in redevelopment, economic growth, and leadership, Phebe works closely with government officials, developers, and businesses worldwide to create sustainable growth and community impact. She collaborates with international leaders, including prime ministers and presidents, to advance global economic development and redevelopment strategies.
